Completed a three-block construction project as a Project Consultant Engineer, managing planning, supervision, and execution of structural and finishing works.
Block 1:
Construction of the First Floor, including masonry work, plastering, electrical, plumbing, and complete finishing works, executed with proper quality control and site management.
Block 2:
Construction of a Ground + 1 building with approximately 14,000 sq. ft. covered area, including complete structural (gray structure) and finishing works.
Block 3:
Construction of a Ground + 1 building with approximately 27,000 sq. ft. covered area, including complete structural works with engineering supervision and quality assurance.
This project demonstrates strong expertise in construction management, structural supervision, and large-scale building execution, ensuring timely completion and professional standards.
